Another aim is to secure the possibilities to take part in coming-of-age education for non-religious and religiously unaffiliated youth.<\/p>\n<p>The central task of all protu activities is to strengthen young people&#8217;s capabilities for critical thinking and social participation. The camps introduce camp participants to society and civic activities. Later, the participants can engage themselves, as volunteers, in running future camps. This way, they gain experience in organizational activities and take on responsibility.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"col-lg-6 image-col\">\n                 \n                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"oikea\" src=\"https:\/\/www.protu.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Protu_2021_Meriharju_2021-28009-9451.png\" alt=\"\">\n                            <\/div> \n            <\/div>\n<\/section> \n\n\n<style>\n\n<\/style>\n\n<section class=\"kapea-teksti\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n        <div class=\"col-lg-9\">\n            <p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The main form of activity is Protu camps, which are organized approximately 65 times a year and are attended by approximately 1000 campers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b C1N51c\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In addition to the camps, follow-up camps, various events and local activities are organized.
