Consent to the processing of personal data within Protu (Suostumus henkilötietojen käsittelyyn Protun sisällä)

Participation in a Protu camp, membership in Protu, as well as acting as a volunteer active or cook require consent to the processing of personal data within Protu. Consent means that Protu may process your personal data in the CRM-service customer relationship management system, in Talenom financial administration system, and in the Microsoft 365 system used by Protu’s office and volunteers. Data is transferred between systems in accordance with the purpose of data processing and in compliance with the principle of data minimisation (read more on the website of the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman: https://tietosuoja.fi/en/minimisation-of-data). Communication permission (Viestintälupa)

The permission means that, in addition to essential membership, active volunteer, and event-related communication (essential communication includes invitations to general meetings, membership fee invoices, messages related to active roles, event letters, and feedback surveys), Protu may send newsletters to members and volunteer actives as well as other communication related to Protu’s activities through various communication channels.

Consent for photography and use of images in Protu’s communication (Kuvauslupa Protun viestintään)

The consent means that Protu may use photographs and videos in which you appear in its communication and marketing. Images may be used in Protu’s communications and materials (e.g. social media, brochures, and websites), in a media bank intended for the press and partners, in the association’s publication Protu-lehti, and for other similar purposes. Granting consent for photography is voluntary and may be withdrawn at a later time if desired. Previously used photo or video material will not be removed retroactively.

Consent to the disclosure of contact details to third parties for the purpose of marketing related to Protu’s activities (Suostumus yhteystietojen luovuttamiseen kolmansille osapuolille Protu-toimintaan liittyvän mainonnan toteuttamista varten)
